lpg tank size
« on: May 14, 2010, 07:49:27 PM »
I have a LWB single wheel axle 1980 van with the gas bottle inside.
Can anyone recommend the correct size tank for fitting underneath at the back on this model?
Hopefully mine will be cool, but if necessary I'll get another one.
I take it I will be looking for another place for my spare

cheers
derek

I dont think there allowed under the back anymore they hang too low & are likley to hit the road or kerbs

Best thing to do is go past a lpg installer and get them to have a look.
I,m sure they can go underneath just a smaller tank 60-80 litre.
