Hey BUGA mates,

As you know, I've ben looking for ages for a Bedford to participate in the charity fundraiser for Camp Quality. Nearly bought a couple of times, just being outbid at the end on those occassions. Just when I was losing hope in the dream, WEASIL posts:

Wow! What an amazing gesture and what generosity from Weasil. Very genuine, yet very humble in his offering. I'm absolutely so grateful and appreciative of what Weasil is doing, so transporting it from Gold Coast to Melbourne is the least I can do.

I have organised the transportation. (Just having 'issues' with the transport companies not allowing to include the extra seats not bolted or any spare parts - the want it all completely empty)

It should be in Melb in about 2 weeks and then will work out what else the van needs.

Thanks to all you guys offering support along the way. Still a long way to go. Thanks Mark B, Ben, Rubman, Jimsvan, and especially Weasil.

yeah hes a goodun that weasil brother ... now next step is to convince the melbourne boyz and gals to assist with the build ... BUT I think it fair that BUGA is mentioned on the van somewhere, i would be prepared to help if the van was truly a charity van and was sold at the end of the run and all proceeds going to charity

Brilliant ideas Eddy, I was thinking along the same lines too..I will be definately helping out on anything that needs to be done...

And more than definately a big BUGA sticker on the old girl somewhere!!

And when she's ready to go, we should have another Melbourne meet to commemerate and that could also raise some money and profile too if we got crafty about it
