Well done Mezzmo, I seem to be living my bash dream through you!
I am hoping to get my Bedford van for my bash next year, so I'm sure I'll be chatting with you about what you did and how you got it there. Whilst I am not in a Beddy this year, I have acquired a 1982 old school Jeep Cherokee and in the process of bash preparing - if I can get it on the road for our bash in Oct. Keep us informed of yours!
1978 LWB, V8 - 308, turbo 400, 10 bolt diff, dual rear wheels, 2 x LPG.
In a word .......... GOLD !!!

i'll post the dates of the bash shortly, it will be great to catch up with the WA crew if possible.

Hey Adrian, if i can offer any advice on set up etc i will be happy to - probably best to wait till after the bash just to see if we went wrong somewhere! we have learnt so much through this experience its been
f**k'n awesome (and expensive!!). But.....and this is the good bit - if we have done it right, next years bash will be a piece of cake now the hard parts out of the way.

a short update.... drove her to Murchison yesterday (about 2 1/2 hours away - sat on 110kph so easily - broke down on the way home today about an hour out of Murch, simple bloody wire and we were away again - doesn't matter how much you check and re check there's always something!!!!

Living the beddie dream guys........

Hay Mezz, what diff ratio do you run, take it you have the standard VN 4 speed auto and not the T700. Cheers
