Auto Electrician
« on: March 31, 2010, 07:21:31 PM »
Does anyone know of a good Auto Elec that would be willing to work onsite in dandenong where the van is being built up? Its ready to roll but i need someone reliable - any help would be greatly appreciated - by the way, its a full rewire front to back, top to bottom, a nice job for someone, a clean canvas as it were!!!!

any info greatly appreciated.

i might have to call him too,
I've pulled at least 40m of redundant wire out of the 'project', trying to simplify but now i've come to a doozy.
There is a wire straight from the battery to the reverse light switch, which opens the gas solenoids so there is gas flowing ALL the time,
trouble is it goes from the battery to the reverse light switch and from there into the loom towards the front of the car.
F@#$ing D!@%head >:(

I meant to say......Thanks Jimsvan for the headsup on Switched on Electrics - James turned up to look at the van when he said he would - he booked it in when he said he would - is charging me what he said he would and now i wait to see if he finishes when he said he would. Seems like a top guy and we need more people like this in the industry. I'll keep you updated on the progress.
