Rogue T. your garage space looks like mine, except I also have a motorbike i have to share it with and i can't open my lift up side door.

Yes, space is at a bit of a premium. I've stashed a bit of stuff in my basement like a lot of the bits I still have to fit to the van. I also have a semi-enclosed carport beside the garage and I do a lot of my welding in there except when the weather gets particularly nasty. You make do with the space you have available.

Hey George,

You're right. Those tyres you have on there have to go. They look like some form of off road type tyre looking at the treat pattern and way to skinny.

I'm running 245 x 50 x 14 BFG's on a 7" X 14 rim on the front of my van and 275 x 50 x 15 BFG's on 8" x 15 on the rear. Both look good and handle well although they don't make the 245's any more. Will probably go up to 17" on the front and 18" on the rear when I have to replace them. I did try 235 x 60 x 14's on the front before I fitted power steering but these just didn't look right (too tall and thin).

Cheers,

Garry.

If they're scrubbing out then there is something seriously wrong with your alignment. If they scrub out in that period of time then get your toe checked. Crook toe alignment wears the tyres out far quicker than your camber being out.
