'57 Chevy
« on: January 17, 2010, 12:08:25 PM »
G'day

I know that it is not a Bedy but when I walked into the yard yesterday and saw it I knew I would have to get it. It is a '57 Chevy 2 door hardtop with a blown big block and monster wheels.

It was reasonably priced and in good condition:

http://www.57heaven.net/pics/oc/OC_MM_8thScaleRC_57Chevy_red.jpg

Its dimensions: length: 24 inches, Width: 11 inches, Height: 9 inches.
Thats big for a toy!

Now if only I could get a van like that.
The problem I have is that most of my stories end with... and that is why I am not allowed to go back there!

G'day

Is it this one?

ebay item: 190359671592
LARGE BRAND NEW BOXED THE A TEAM GMC REMOTE CONTROL VAN.

Works out to be over $120 landed.

I had a look around his ebay shop. He has 192 vans listed and not one of them a CF.

I bought one of those A team vans around the middle of last year at Dick Smith's for about $50 NZ. Awesome little van, great for chasing the cat around the house.  ;D ;D ;D

Cheers,
Garry.
