has any one got any spare engine cover screws that hold them down i'll pay for them our does any one know where i can buy them? ???

most marine hardware shops will sell them.
ur a bedford owner ....adapt overcome work it out

No one in kempsey or port macquarie marine stores have them they say TOO OLD so what marine hardware shop has them

hi can someone take a photo of original screws that hold the engine cover down?

ive ownered 9 beddies now and not one of them had original setup holding engine cover down..

whats the story with them? are they a special fastener?
 mine just had normal screws holding it down.

From my memory they were 7/16th headed bolts that held the cover down. A real pain in the rear removing them and refitting.

I think they are called Dzus Fastners.
They use them in motorsports alot,pommie invention.
Most race car outlets have them in diffrent sizes but hammers is right about the size

i have them on my drag bikes fairing, but i wouldn't think they would be be any good becasue of the way the back section mounts on.
have people used these ones on the bedford covers much?
