Do you think those weather shields would get in the way of seeing the mirrors?

I've got them for mine and there's no problems seeing your mirrors although it all depends on what sort of mirrors you have on your van as everyone has something different.

So your can see your mirrors ok? I assume you're talking about the mirrors on the van in your avatar?

Do you have to look through the shields?

Yes, Both the mirrors in the picture and my new chev ones are fine. If you had small car style mirrors you would probably be looking through the shields though.

Thanks mate.

I want to fit a set of truck type mirrors to my van but by the looks of it I don't think you could attach them to the upper frame with the weather shield fitted.

The first style of mirror that I had on the van were the truck style and I had no problems with them. The monsoon shield edge does not sit right up to the outer edge of the door. Of course it will depend on the type of truck mirrors you buy and what sort of mounting brackets they come with but I had no issue at all.
