Part number for Marky

Ok Dudes....The part number for a replacement steering uni is...K5A546 it says Izuzu on the box.
The fellow that did the job for me said that the Bedford uni was rivited in and was a bit of a bugger to get out. He tracked down this uni and only had to grind a very small part off the bearing caps to allow it to fit into the assembly. Never had any problem with it again. 
Got a pic of the steering bush as well...

  Thank you for your enquiry on the Bedford Van. We currently have the upper and lower control arm bushes on the shelf. The price for both kits is a total of $161.oo.

We do not list a swaybar for this vehicle but with some measurements i’m sure i could have the bar bent up for you. Unfortunately I do not have a price for that until I have the required measurements and spoke to the swaybar manufacturer.

If you're looking at getting a sway bar for the front of your van, I have one fitted to mine. It was an aftermarket part for a CF many years back. The van is currently up in the air at present just finished fitting my new hornblasters airhorns. I'll measure it up if you like and take a bunch of photos so you can look at having one made. LMK and i'll sort it this weekend for you before I drop it back on the ground.

That's interesting because mine didn't have a spline at the top. It was actually welded so it was one piece.

Looks like there are different parts depending on the year of the vehicle.

yeah thats right. there are two different steering colum joints. the one pictured is the bigger (tougher)one and has a spline at both ends. the other type is the smaller one and has the shaft welded on at the bottom end that connets the the rag joint (bush thing). so the joint are not interchangable between steering colums so depends on what one ya van has you either need the joint with shaft attacheed reconditioned or just the joint.
