"Spotted"
« on: September 15, 2009, 12:16:11 PM »
In my job i am lucky enough to travel many miles out in the South West and Great Southern area of WA.....Now that i am a bonafied Beddy owner my Beddy 6th sence has kicked in and i seem to be stumbling across old beddies parked up in some funny places. As i am looking for bits and peices all the time....i happened upon these two beddies yesterday.....the tiny blue spec in the first 2 photos is a LWB windowless looking like it may be being dismantled as the front grill is missing....it was parked a fair way off the road and i was unable to access the property as the gate was locked.....the 2nd one is an ugly old SWB high roof model but the doors, bonnet, grill, windscreen all looked good....also has the diff front end attached.....this i know has been parked up for 8 years as i pass it regually, i left a note in the padlock with an offer to buy [parts only] so fingers crossed....photos a bit shabby but only had the mobile ph camera

hey if you wanted to be "safe" you wouldnt be driving it in the first place.

unless your just warning everyone else on the road that your driving a 70"s british van and that your a hazard! drum brakes!

I saw a very nice beddy going the other way today, just had time to read the word 'builder', but not who.
Some where near box hill.
I might have been dreaming but it looked like a LWB with a low roof, but might have just looked longer windowless
