Try using his Contact the CF-UK site to get in contact with him, I couldnt see an email addy on his site just the above link

I had a quick look and only shows some pages, so this might give you some more luck

The (archive.org) is a "way back machine", it caches every websites but sometimes only goes in a page or two.
