bubble windows 4 sale
« on: August 05, 2008, 07:22:21 AM »
if anyone is interested in bubblw windows...window thickness is 4.5 thick and avaliable in many different coloured tints.
These sizes are my frame sizes and are a guide for your window sizes and prices..if your window fits into this size it will cost.
550x550mm...$45.50 (standard back window)
550x750mm...$50.00
550x850mm...$55.00
550x1150mm..$64.00 (standard side window)
750x1150mm..$71.00
1150x1150mm..$91.50
++++postage/courier
I have been looking at bedford windows and the cut outs all vary ..so i was going to make a janeric window and make the flange around the outside a little larger and when fitting can grind it back a little to fit exactly. If you have a window that you want me to copy then if you courier me the old windows or a template with a sample of the rubber you are going to usei could make them the same but i would have to charge $25 fee per window profile ,left and right is the same jig just turned over . eg 1 back profile will do left and right and and 1 front side will do left and right and 1 back side will do left and right that means 3 custon jigs to do a van thats $75 extra witch will cover the material cost for the jigs..im trying to think of everything to make this as easy as possible any feedback or ideas much appreciated...arron

Wow nice prices....ill definately be getting one:) Just want to know, are you still able to do like in-prints on the windows ie: a 8-10inch heart in the middle of one of the rectangle windows?

Ok so what would you need from me? (i have a window out of the van so maybe i could stencil around it and send that?) and also send the shape of the inprint along with it? how do you want to be paid, money order along with the stencil fine?

Cheers,

Kirk

P.S: i dont have any rubbers yet....is that important?

I would guess even without rubbers if you take a stencil of the window should be no problems
