Posting pictures- How-To v1.0

First, the picture needs to be hosted somewhere on the internet, such as photobucket, imageshack, google or aother free site.

Next, you'll need the address of the pic. It will look something similar to this:

http://www.your-host.com/folder/image1.jpg


You then add the following code to the FRONT of your pic's address: [img]
and then add the following code to the END of your pic's address: [/img]



The end result is:

[img]http://www.your-host.com/folder/image1.jpg[/img]

hi shane how about a step by step guide thru to post pics, i guess i must be dummer ??? than everbody else cos i cant seam to work out ihow i post my pics to  the gallery help would be appreciated cheers stevo 8)

I have never got the gist of this.
Those bracket thingys around IMG are they part of it?

Yes they are.

You can also press this button when your doing your posts and it will add the image tags for you.

Have a play in the test board and you'll get it.
