For Sale
« on: May 21, 2009, 06:46:06 PM »
O'k - i'm impulsive - somewhat reckless... but hey a V8 is a V8 after all..... Heres the story: I purchased this van off Rubman last week because i just cant resist a V8 - FACT - i dont need it as i am more than happy with the progress of my build (mezzmo in the gallery) so i am off loading it already. This van is (despite appearences in the pics) in very good condition and would not take much to bring up to scratch - fact is, if i hadn't bought the one i've been working on - i would definatly keep this one.

Be patient as any questions may need to be run by Rubman as i bought it for the running gear and some parts, i'm not familiar with everything on or in the van. I do know its a 307 (oooohhhhhh yyyeeeaaahhhh) it as a 9" rear and an original set of Dragways. Dont be deterred by the sliding doors, its a piece of piss to change to hinge.

Any way - the bottom line - i paid $2600.00 - you want it? its yours for $2200.00 as is - i dont fancy putting it on Ebay (for a lot more i might add) i just cant be fagged with tyre kickers. I would be much happier for it to go to someone in the club. But if dont sell, no biggie, i'll just strip it.

Please dont insult my intelligence by offering less - your beddie folk on here and you can see the value!

Over to you fellow Beddowins!!

Am I too Late??

It may be just what I need to get started.
"It is almost rust free", how much rust is in it, where, and how bad?

Ben, do you want the van or do you just want it to take a mould of the front?
