that is so sweet, i think iḿ in love ;)
out of my league, so iĺl just pine after it,

BUT MARTY.......
I want to know how he did the discs on the front.
What parts (valiant rotors?) what machining and what cost.
Or as much as you can find out.
He said he had a spare set of rotors but they came with the van. Can you measure and photograph?
Can he send me to the same engineer to get some made?
Please find out as it means i can get a dual wheel van and still have discs

G'day
I gave him a ring before I had a good look the photos and yes it is a very nice van.
He probably will get something close to what he is asking.

He said it had a disc brake front end and I assumed that it would be HQ stud pattern, but the van has six stud wheels. I wonder what sort of discs they are? I didn't ask.

The motor is a Chev V6 out of a Camero running a Quadrajet carby.
T700 box has not done many k's since a rebuild.
The diff is a Salisbury and has been beefed up and recently rebuilt.
The paint is 2 pack.
There is an electric controller for the trailer brakes.

The problem I have is that most of my stories end with... and that is why I am not allowed to go back there!

chris, have a good look at the front wheels,
jumbo 6 stud. its got very good looking drilled disks, not sure what kind.
has a hands free mobile kit wired into the system, elec trailer brakes, extractors, front n rear roof consoles,
he hasnt spared any money at all building it, its awsome. sounds great 2 the exhaust note,
the dash gauges are the best ive ever seen.
far out i want it, lol, but havnt got any money,:(

ITS FULLY ENGINEERED 2.

I'd say at least a couple of guys know how much it is but now for a bit of fun
I've got a half chewed mintie for who ever gets closest but be quick it is getting smaller all the time (the mintie that is)
My guess $12.500
If you like it do it, If you like it a lot do it a lot!

Im sure i saw this one for sale last year, they were asking around the 10-11k, i think it was trading post (but ive a memory like a sieve)...never sold, or if it did, it took a while. but at that time there were another 2 or 3 done up SWB vans (think that blue one that went on ebay again not long ago) the Albury (the country WA van...the ex showvan..nice) and i think there was another...maybe that Roller one that is blue (that was for sale again on here somewhere)....but then again, a LWB White van, to me looks the same as the next 1:) hahahaha...anyway if it was for sale, it of been posted in old forums i think.

G'day

A tip for big posts is to type it in a wordprocessor first and then do a copy and paste into the forum.
I have dyslexia, and I can't spell, so I get really disappointed at getting a post looking right and then timing out.

I know the price and it is way out of my budget.
