BE WARY WITH BIG TYRES they rub on the front guards, I have seen gaurds  caught by the tyre causing some serious damage.....you will  have to roll the inner gaurds and prob even cut another inch or two from the front roll pan, hope this helps......just dump the van looks heaps better ....especially if your not going fishing/campimg in the bush

I would steer clear of the 4X4 tyres if your going to stay on road and you don't need the hight they will cause all sorts of stress on your van.
I would maybe look at some bigger rims and nice street tyres first this well help with roll around to.
