It's for the Van Ben, The truck has a 1 tonner 4 Speed manual box.
Drove the Van around the block for a bit after having the sports exhaust fitted, sounds good and Idling lumpy thanks to the Crow cam. 8) 8) 8)

hey guys thanks for all the comments.

hey whats the box thing at the bottom of the sum bro?
its an extension on the sump that holds an extra 2L of oil and with a HP high volume oil pump...u can never have enough lube!:)

Question, are you using the original Auto shifter?
nope. its out of a early model gemini. the linkages bolt straight up.

how long was the rebuild....?
rebuild was about 6months, doing all the work myself at home.

Good work Scoop  ;D A1 looking Beddy - that 202 looks tidy too.
What's the model of the little air filter in the head of the 202? That's a great idea when running a pod filter :D
On my 202 there is one more hose that goes to the back of my original air filter (seems like a vacum hose or something)..I couldn't seem to see this on your motor, did you just block this up or did you never have one???Will try and post a pic of this = if it doesn't make sense..Cheers!

If you look closely at the first engine picture you can see the scavanger tube going toward the bottom of the carby.

That tube scavenges the fumes from the engine and runs it through the combustion camber, burning off any excess oil.

The on at the front is the breather, allowing clean air to be drawn into the engine.

Very tidy engin though :D

Thanks Warren!

A Huh! I see (light bulb moment) .. So if I were to put a pod on in place of the original air filter, does it matter where abouts this scavenger tube goes? I assume just making a spot for it to plug in, on the larger main pipe that feeds the carby, would be okay?

Also, what is the purpose of that large rounded piece under the actual pod?

Cheers for your help!

Yes that would work, but if you have a look at the second engine piture, just below the carby, you will see a bit of black tube, this is where the scavanger pipe normally goes into the manafold.

I would say that its to protect the Pod from things coming of the fan blades (water, dirt, etc)
