The truth is,if we could produce a kit that lowered a van that much the youngen's would be all over em.

regards lowering kit: would you rather fit;
     
  A) new front chassis rails (could these be grafted to a sub chassis) and floor sheet metal retaining bedford steering and geometry, which I think works quite well
  B) or try and figure out the steering geometry and modify an endless list of parts and Machining????

what do you think?

I'm tipping that the easiest way to lower the beddie is to attach aprons and skirts to the existing panel work as shown in the pic, take a close look and one can see that the side bottom panel and air dam have been extended down, that way you retain all the standard geometrics,  ;)
