Petrol that depends on how much you are taking out of the roof, l personly recon it is easier to cut. One of the major things to concider is the glare from the screen due to the angle. But they all look cool ;D

Finding somebody to cut your screen is almost impossible and fitting plastic is a no,no thats why I suggested laying the screen back, as for glare what angle are the screens on newer vehicles

Thats why l said it, the glare that comes of my wifes car, an AU, should not have left the factory. Any real glass joint can cut the glass, We have a pilkintons, l think thats how you spell it, one of the bloke who works there does it after hours, he has even done it on EK's and early chevs(54) and fords(52 and53). Flat glass can be done at home on a kitchen table. It's not that hard, alot of people are just scared of breaking the glass (its not a mirror). Making a 2 door EJ holden we laid the glass back and lowered the roof, it was the hardest thing l was involved in, all ridges have to be cut and modified to the angle of the glass, or custom rubbers
make it reliable, or smash it with a big hammer

why not a windscreen and its souroundings ( steel frame)
from anouther car and graft it in
just as wide but not as tall
say a 4x4 etc....
