Looks pretty rough, there would be plenty of rust in that. I wouldn't pay more than 1000 for it. I doubt it would pass roadworthy without a fair bit of work.

Especially if it looks like it has been painted with aerosol cans. There's not really much of value on that van. Oil leaks all over the motor, cheap mags, obvious rust etc etc.. plenty of better vans out there..
