is there something really good about the proportioning valve that it should cost 165!!! cause i got one with a hq booster and master cyliner for 20 bucks????

oh i thought you meant the whole drums and everything worzel? well you must have 9inch drums for a start and ive never tried hq shoes on the beddy drums?? hmmm im confused..

Ben the Holden One Tonners have a "load sensitive" proportional valve. It's linked to the chassis and registers how much weight is being carried by how high or low the vehicle sits. High = light load & low = heavy load. It opens or closes a valve to allow more or less brake fluid through to the rear brakes. Without the valve your rear brakes would lock up very easily with a light load and work great with a load or vise versa.

Lock up with no load. Scarry/fun in the wet. I picked up the valve today so hears hoping...
