gates for set up open early around 7 Jill and I will be camping at the grounds so we will be in early to reserve enough room for our guys who are parking together YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE YOUR VAN JUDGED so the more we can get in a line up the better for our web site and the public .
it will cost you Ten bucks to park on the oval for the day at this stage if you want to bring your van down and leave parked I or another member will be there all day. So far we have 6 vans and 3 maybes cale is gonna try and get vampire there so that will be good borrie is going mark myself in a borrowed beddy ,neil, hopfully matty as well as kieth (vintage holden) if your parking for the day YOU MUST BE IN BY 9.30am.
There will be no meeting before hand as were all coming from diffrent directions. If anyone needs any help please pm me or ring me.

single night of camping for anyone who wants to stay the sat or friday night would be $40 per night.

So does this mean if i cant get there before 930am I cant get in?
We have practice on saturday, so i either go in the morning and then cant leave to go to practice in the afternoon, or i go to practice in the morning and then cant get into the nats in the afternoon..

You can still get in.  But after 9.30am the gates close to vehicles parking on the oval.

Kidz Biz Zoo trip – Peel Zoo
Western Theme party at Redcliffe Barn Restaurant 8.00 pm till late
Bucking Bronco, adjacent to Restaurant 6.00 till 9.00 pm
