3 Speed Manual - Gear Linkage Problems!

Hey all, so my 3 speed keeps slipping out of the guides, due to the spring always slipping from inside the selector (inbetween the gear linkages)!
There is nothing to hold the spring in with so it keeps popping out.. is there an easy way to fix this?

Where would I find a replacement and roughly how much?

If its a speco style (original gear lever) I can show you a few things to fix them up - might even still have my old one I rebuilt.
