renew upper control arm bushes

Hi all has anybody somewhere along the line
 had to replace the upper control arm bushes
is it easy enough or maybe less stress and take to
pedders and let them do it.

they are pressed in, the bottoms are worse. do you have a press?

You can use a vice for the top ones but it needs to be of decent size, use a large socket or similar.
If the vice is to small (kmart special) you'll probably chew out the thread
