I can only see places like this getting more popular as cities grow up and not out,

It should take off and be a hit but I expect things like the offering of tools etc would be phased out over time

My neighbour and I were going to do something like that here, just hoists etc but we have OSH here and to much red tape. couldn't even blow your nose without the correct size tissue.
