What Have You Been Doing.

Hi guys, i am buggered if i can find the post for what have you been doing this week, did this one. So here is a warning and an update.

FRIDAY night was getting ready to feed my pooches and pussies, well i went into the bedroom and found my cat lying on the floor and she was parylised and hardly breathing. Well i called a neighbour and she helped me get her to a vet. Let me tell you, my cruiser really got a workout, i put the peddle to the metal and hit the high beam and went for it. Well she had 2 paralyses ticks on her, 1 above the eye and 1 on her neck, 2 of the most dangerous places for ticks. My cats are 7yrs old, and are indoor cats, but one got out the other day for a few hours, just enough time to pick up unwanted company. They pulled the ticks out and started to pump in antitoxins, she was dying at this point but i told them to do whatever they had to to save her, well i got the call just now and they tell me she is standing and being sooky again, she is not out of the woods yet but it is looking good, and hoping she will be home tomorrow. They say she should get full use of her eye again, and her legs will get their strength back, so here's hoping for the best for the next week.
The reason for this note is to let all those pet owners here to be very vigilant with your animals, if you see something that looks like a scab CHECK it, it may just be a tick, and they can be struck down really quick.

Now for some chirpier news, now i can start to get excited now my cat is getting better, a few weeks ago i told you i test drove a prototype zero turn mower, and i was starstruck, well i got the call yesterday afternoon, my new machine turns up at 0900hrs tomorrow morning. I have a full jerry can of fuel, and the ramp is built so i can get onto the mower, so now i am counting down the hours. I promise to get some pics b4 i get it all dirty and covered in grass 

This has been a weekend of mixed emotions, almost loosing my cat, getting my new mower and being the 10th anniversary of my car crash that put me in a wheelchair. Well this is how i am going to deal with the 10yr mark, screw the mongrel that took my legs, stuff the government and legal system that turned it's back on me, as paybck i am going to jump on my new mower, and i am going to have fun, i'm not beaten yet .
