Yamaha IT Australia
« on: September 22, 2008, 07:02:07 PM »
Hi guys,

I have been a bit quiet on the site lately as I have just launched another website and my first forum! YAY!  :)

The website was all done a while ago but I had some teething issue's with the forum. Thankfully it is all running
smoothly now and I am receiving nearly 3 registrations per day! Bring it on...

My site and forum are dedicated to the Yamaha IT Enduro Motorcycle Range. They were big in the late 70's through
to the late 80's until Yamaha stupidly stopped making them  ??? I have a 1983 IT490 and plan on owning more  ;)

Please take a moment to check it out, make sure your sound is turned on: http://www.yamahait.com.au

Check the forum out here: http://www.yamahait.com.au/forum

Considering it is my first forum I am pretty chuffed with it! I have already been approached to launch a replica brother
site and forum in South Africa which I am working on now!

Cheers

Jock

G'day

Looks good, great work.
The problem I have is that most of my stories end with... and that is why I am not allowed to go back there!

Nah sold it in 03 just befor ethe missus and I went round the world... sold it to a mate after a special rebuild...and special instructions to run the motor in correctly but my mate had his mate who didn't listen to the instructions and seized it within 1/2 of the "big day"......wouldn't mind it back though .... but got me heart set on a crf 450 one day ;D

i'll try and find some photo's of the rebuild......
Can I go play now...?

Whatever pics you can find would be good. I knew I would find an IT fan on this site... Still yet to find a bedford fan on my IT site but still hoping  :D
