Hi Beddyland, well this time it's for real, I'm selling my baby.
23 years, not many marriages last that long.

I have someone interested but no money has changed hands and I want to finalize something before 22nd June.
For $2500 I'll sell it with no reg or roadworthy,If you cover my return expenses (I'm near Byron Bay),  I can drive it to your place and take the plates.
For this price I haven't got the time or inclenation to be arsed with rego stuff.

The only things I can possibly think of that needs doing to get roadworthy are speedo doesn't work,
one small rust hole in bottom corner of rear guard, rear shocker rubbers.

Just been re-painted but due to cramped space and bad lighting it's got
some runs and rough spots but looks great from 20 feet away. lol
She's not showroom strait but it has not been crashed, just some warping from welding in panels ect.
The Bullbar must stay on as there are some pretty rough bits behind it(very front lower corners of guards)
 that can be cut off and wont show.

I was doing it back up to keep it for another ten years or so but decided to get a 4x4.
So this is what I've done in the last two years.

New Gas conversion. $2120  9/2009  Is now duel fuel.
Good blue/black 202 motor,no smoke,plenty of go. $200
Highway borg warner diff, reco'd 2006 (bedford stud pattern) HQ slaves. $500
New Koni gas ajustable front shocks. 6/2009 cost $380
HQ disk brake front end. $300
Reco'd HQ master cylinder $$ forgot $120??
New front disks and shoes 6/2009 $100
HQ upper ball joints and HG upper control arm rubbers both sides(have been converted),
 one beddy lower ball joint 6/2009 $160
 plus just did the other lower ball joint $115 5/2011
New noepreen lower control arm rubbers.$$ forgot price  5/2009
New windscreen 10/2009. $350
4 speed gearbox $350,
Brand new clutch,pressure plate,machined fly wheel. 5/2010 $270
Hydrolic clutch, reco'd master and slave cylinders. 5/2010 $180
Ford bronco Alloy bull bar.$100
Three core radiator in excellent condition. never gets hot. $200
HQ station wagon rear tail lights.
All tyres plenty rubber.
Plus plenty spares including another set of converted upper control arms to HQ/HG + both front door windows,
wiper motor,steering column,set front drums ect ect and a crate of small bits and pieces.

Me again, the bloke interested in buying my Beddy has managed to get me to road worthy it, so gonna put a new speedo cable in it and get the gas certificate and roadworthy, so I'll be selling it  QLD registered till 20,11,2011 with roadworthy $2800 to cover the expenses of this.
She runs great and cruises on 110klm+ all day.(a bit of a flat spot in petrol but gas is as smooth as silk) As I said I'm going south and want to finalise before 22/6. I've run out time to deliver now unless it's between Byron and Brisbane. If not I'll be taking it south to Thredbo with me eventually to Melbourne(september) and back.  Dan

What can I say, my baby is sold after 23 years, my friends and family can't believe it. I hope the new owner get's as many fond memories as I have with the old girl.
I did tell the guy if ever he's going to sell her let me know, because if by some miracle I get rich, I'd buy her back and 4x4 pimp her to the max. But that was always a
dream of mine. So until then it's been a pleasure being a BUGGA.    P.S I told him about Bugga and he is on here somewhere and no doubt you and me will be helping to keep the beast on the road..Cheers.
