wanting to know how hard it is to convert to from 202 to v8 in the bedford van and the most economical way to og about it

what sort of v8 ?? buy a donor vehicle.

if you get a wb or vc vh commodore, the polution will match the 80 model van. the wb will also give you the diff. It pays to collect most parts before you disarm your van, so you don't loose the sight.  ::) ::)
make it reliable, or smash it with a big hammer

holden v8's bolt straight up with the trimatic gear box 253 or 308. turbo gearboxes are different. just cut the floor out. buy a fibreglass engine cover or fab something up.. not too much else to do i dont think. i wish i had have gone that way now. putting a 307 in my van and its taking ages:( probably cause im not working on it:(
