They are pretty simple a sort of lower case "J" shape

Thats awesome, what are the measurements and how do you bolt them to the van. I am getting some flares for the Beddy from Ben and he is also doing running boards but I think I would like metal ones if they were cheap enough:).

I,m getting a mock up running board folded up this week, it should be ready by friday,see how it suits the van keep the style or change it.
I,ll put up a pic see what you guys think ;)

Hi Brendon
 give cfjeff a PM, he has got running boards on his van and i was recently talking with him about how to mount
them.best way to get a set is to measure it up the length of the sill and then work out how far you want them to stick out from the van
 and then go into a local engineering outfit and get them to fold a set up out of checker plate or flat sheet metal
