Hay Ben the 1380 is with all the (BOG ) I will be sitting with the 3.5 ratio to see what happens. But David if you are running a 4 speed the 3.5 might be to low still so the 3.08 sounds better.

is 4 spd auto.

It can just be an expensive excerise chopping and changing diffs and drive shafts. currently I'm running the wrong cresta diff, so that may work.

There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

o sorry yea auto, if it comes to the a catch and mine is to high could do a swap, as The Camper is alot more bigger than the Standard Beddie, or use the T700 Auto with overdrive (lock up tourque converter ) as it may be cheaper to change the auto than the diff.

The 3:55.1 and the 3:45.1 are good for Aussie with more long straights not so many hilly, windy roads like in NZ. I think you'll find the 3:08.1 will be too tall and you'll always be using the kick down. That's what was happening with the 2:92.1 (and I'm on Aussie roads)

The vn/vp v6 has a lot of torque but in standard form it is still only 125 - 130 kw and as previously mentioned the Beddy has the aero-dianamics of a brick

Yeah I agree 3:75.1 would be better for Auckland roads and still give you good crusing speed with the OD
