Can anybody tell me what this means, Is it the size of the wheels and axle weights. also I had to crop the pic to make it fit thanks pete

looking at it i would say

670 x 13 x 6 tyre 21?? lbs (2.1 tone)

and 7?? x 14 x 6 tyre 23?? lbs (2.3 ton)
