sussin the guts
« on: January 19, 2010, 01:03:31 PM »
hi groovers after much deliberation & denial . i now hav acknowleged & not wivout a dash of tripedation that i am gonna hav to suss the guts of me 9 inch diff an see how much metal is in the bottom..an area in which i hav never before entered.. if i popped the taily & the nuts on the larger outer face of the diff..would it pull out as one piece for inspection?? or should i be aware of any "pings, springs,or things" that may fly off into the wild blue yonder... creating an instant abundance of >:( & :( & possibly a gush of unrelated proffanities to issue forth from my usually  calm, well balanced & good natured self ;D  any "watch out fors" would be wholly & totally heeded & appreciated in the continuing integrity of the latter description of yours truly, whilst also maintaining the OH&S wellbeing of my inner pyschi.....man ;)  cheers skippy
I,d rather sell my...mum,....than my bedford!!

the very bottom bolt is the drain plug
make it reliable, or smash it with a big hammer
