Beware the Newell Highway in NSW

Beware the Newell, the speed limit has been dropped from 110 to 100km/h.
I travel it regularly and rarely see a Police Car, however now it is rancid with them.
We have been assured that it is for safety reasons and not just revenue raising, but a lot of people are being booked.

Got to love those assurances - it's not about the money  no never   

Gambling and fines fund a great deal of the state governments spending.

Just another form of Taxation.
