I bid on something on ebay that was stupidly cheap, it was pulled about an hour to go with a valid bid.
I was going to let it go as it was an unfair price but thought I would ask ebay about their rules and why the sale wasnt honoured,
They initially referred to their policy, which I showed them didnt apply as it was pulled late, they then chose to ignore future correspondence.

Ebay dont bother following their policies so why should we.  - if your morals allow you to cause grief to a buyer/seller which is hopefully an issue
