Hey Joel looks good mate, nice seats, have you allowed for the slope on the floor with your bases if they rotate.

Im just fitting some roatating bases i was given "from a Delica van" I had to build the back mount up 2" so that the seats are level otherwise when you rotate them to the rear. you fall out lol.
Im sure you already know this, but someone else on here may not.

I was also able to mount my seat belt buckle to the seat base, so it rotates with the seat, which is cool.
The Delicas were set up that way and it keeps the floor clear.

Cheers

The thing the fella mentioned he was using the "longest" belt they had due to the extra length of the seat height.

yup, if i put the seat forward the belt is too short. The missus can't drive it because the belt won't fit.

I wonder just how much it would do with all that belt to stretch before it stops me.
Wouldn't stop the steering column going through me, wouldn't stop me hitting the windscreen , but might keep me inside the van?

Not the seats don't rotate... So no need to worry about that...

Not sure what you mean Worzel?

the seat belts stretch heaps.
this means there is a bit of give in a crash, but there is soooooo much belt out on a bedford (floor up to shoulder over lap back to floor) that it will give alot before it stops you.

ehhh, waddayaganna do? better than no seatbelt
