selling the ol green beddie
« on: November 14, 2017, 02:25:35 PM »
okay, this could be someones very lucky day - once again i am putting up for sale the green beddy. if you need to see the work that originally went into this van then please visit wwwb.buga.com.au and look it up in mezzmo's gallery. The van has completed 5 variety bashes and she worked very hard over this time. but averaging it out - its been driven for probably 70 days during this time (albeit hard days) It has a vn v6 commodore engine, turbo 700 transmission and highway diff and disc brake front. - goes like shit off a sling!! thats the good news - the bad news - no engineer certificate is supplied but it was converted using the V6 conversions system ($1500.00 and that's just or the kit itself) this has not been some cheap as chips conversion, it has been professionally done every step of the way. The van has had all dents professionally removed and shows very very little return of rust except for the top passenger corner, definately not a hard fix for a pro. Has great tyres that are only one bash old 4500 klm.s heaps of storage and heaps of shit to go with it - a bit more bad news.......although totally drivable she has been stripped of door handles, window winders, side cargo and rear one piece door due to repairs that have been carried out and the bonus for you is that i cannot be fagged putting it all back together - it's all there but that fun can be yours! now listen closely coz here is the good news - i recently advertised this van waaay undervalue (and for those that watched the build on buga, you would know and appreciate the near to $30,000.00 went into this build - look it up for yourself.) but at the time it still had the dents and stuff so folk weren't too interested at buying for 13K) Well the dents are now gone and it would honestly take sweet F.A and couple of full on weekends to get her back. I would like the van gone as soon as possible because i am now focusing on the Freedom Roller Van that i have built and just do not have the time to refinish her - i am willing to accept any reasonable offer around the $7,000.00 mark for her as is - this my friends is the bargain of a lifetime for any beddie lover and i suggest you get in quick. so, if you were umming and arrring when it was for sale at $13,000.00 you can now get her for $7000.00 and the dents are gone!!! and you've got that extra $6,000.00 to create van of your dreams. If you're interested send me a message and i will respond as soon as possible - thanks for reading the novel!!
