HI all. We're new here
« on: November 21, 2017, 06:24:07 PM »
Wife and I just bought a 1973 unmolested original Bedford Deluxe pop-top camper still with the original fit out in the back. It arrived today on the back of a tilt tray. Runs fine. No rust surprisingly. We plan on doing a fair bit of travelling/camping here in Queensland and beyond so will be doing it up real good. Photos to come :)

Ok here are some photos from the guy I bought it from on Ebay. I have currently fitted a refurbished master cylinder and now have the tires off the rims as we are getting the rims sandblasted and powder coated. Wife still isn't sure on colour yet though.

Hi and welcome. I have recently finished one of these, unfortunately mine had been well molested. The upside of that was it allowed me to do my own thing. I'm thinking a power steering conversion might be something to consider down the track. Have a look in the gallery at my pics if you're interested. Enjoy! It's hard not too!

Hi BeerBeddy
Power steering is definitely something we are going to do. That and aircon and front end disc brakes.

Merry xmas and happy new year  :)
