Freedom Roller Update
« on: January 20, 2017, 04:54:54 PM »
Well after making the executive decision to keep the Freedom Roller (thank you fellow beddie fans for talking me out of selling) there's gonna be some changes ahead, she's currently undergoing a complete rewire - Seriously WTF was it with beddies and no F'ing fuse box!! and we have the new Dellows adaptor plate ready and waiting to mate up a fully reco'ed turbo 700 4 speed auto to the 173 red, should give me much better mileage and a lot lower revs in top gear.... Iknow i know - a lot of you are thinking....drop a f'ing 8 in it and be happy but i love popping the bonnet and seing that little red in there, it's just as i remember as a pimple faced hormone driven 17 year old and i love it! the V6 Bash beddie is still for sale though, looking at 13K if anyone's interested, you can check out the build in my gallery -

happy new year bugga's its gonna be a ripper!!

Would've been a tragedy if you sold it Mezz . Especially after all that hard work of fine craftsmanship .

Imagine the nightmares of he Freedom Roller haunting you for an eternity like a horror movie .

I too like that feeling of opening my bonnet and looking at my little re engine , though l prefer the

view from behind  ;D from inside the van .

Glad to have you back ...Cheers Frank

Who are you getting to do the rewire Mezzmo? I'm looking at getting a rewire done on my current project.

Are you building a loom from scratch, or using a kit?

Rewiring from scratch, if im going to do it i want it done properly, James from switched on a utoelectrics did my other beddie so he's doing this one as well, we went right over the fit out and we're even trying to think of any future additions!! i'm under strict instructions to stay away from the electricals from now on.....apparantly i'm not real good at that stuff!!
