Bailey channel

The channel in the door is the same for sides and top, just the original top bit was deeper.

I replaced mine with a universal one, it sits in the channel but doesn't come outside like the original, is a bit tricky to get the top in but seems to work well, mind you I haven't taken a motorway trip yet.
With the original CF windows having the cut out in them they may be a bit noisey, mine are flat now cause of the roof chop

I'm with Busy on this one. After a long unsuccessful worldwide search for the deeper channel I eventually pushed a filler spacer into the top door channel and then used a standard depth piece of Bailey channel in a single length running across the top and down both sides. My new side glass doesn't have the original cutout and the windows seal perfectly with no wind noise.

I'll get glass cut and use available channel and something else to take up gap

Treat yourself to some tinted glass whilst you are about it Gunning. Its made a big difference to my van for only a little extra on the price.

Metro Glass did mine to a template that I provided and then toughened. Mist green was the colour from memory. They were pretty pricey at around $300 for the pair. Ray got a set done recently for his van at a much better price, so I would shop around a bit.

You could try the place in Albany, think it's called Glass Shape. Think they changed owners and their prices went up but worth a shot. They quoted me over 6 grand for my screen, but that was a while back

Another place is Glass Relate, think they based in Henderson
