Hey Sammy,
Bruce is right about seat belts in the seat, I picked up a generic fold up van seat with the seat belts in it much like the ones in a Merc Vito. Not a hard install but if you get it engineered it does cost a bit, around $450 in Vic and he went over everything else non standard in my van.
