G'day Waseem,

I used a contact adhesive to glue the PE foam and then the marine carpet to the walls.
Being able to spray the adhesive onto the surfaces is an advantage, however, a large paint roller works well too. I just cut everything to size and glued it on. The 10mm Formshield is also available with self-adhesive, but it is on the foam side, not the foil side. The 20mm foam I used has made my van
really quiet. A huge difference.
