'74 cf chrome hubcaps
« on: October 15, 2013, 08:54:20 PM »
hi guy's & gals.
where have all the hubcaps gone ???
I'am still looking a good chrome hubcap, I know that they must be hard to find as one off, so I am willing to buy a set of 4 in good condition if any vanners have got some hanging up on the garage walls.
Thanks

Have you tried HQ etc? they come in steel and stainless versions.
Another you can try is Morris, or anything with 14" wheels
There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

I get the feeling that the dimples on the std rims are at a larger radius than the Holden ones

Thanks Rotti,
the timing is good, I just bought a set 14'' stainless steel ford xt fairlane dress rims on fleabay, not sure if they will fit, anyhow will keep web site book marked just in case,  I like the look of nice new chrome hub caps.
Regards
Aussie :)
