slowly starting to tick things off the list, after a discussion with jeff today we worked out itys less than ten things to get it driving and wof'able
so fingers crossed it dont take too long to get it there.

can you use the 202 engine mounts for a 350 ??

i ask this as i have a 202 in my 79 van and a 350 in my 73 parts van
i was planing to just roll one out and the other in but if its mounts up should i use the newer cross member ?

i saw a add on trade me that made me think ...

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/holden/cf/auction-557905617.htm

""the front end has the hq disc brakes and is set up for a 350 chev but has a 202 holden in it at the moment have drive shafts for her the rear diff is an old bedford diff just so it can be moved "" ???

why this has a 202 in it instead of the 355 its used run back in the day was due to the previous owner gutted it of the drive train and the new owner (wraithknight on here) all he could get his hands on at the time for a power plant for it was a 202 not sure how he has mounted it up but i can try to find out

as to the 202/350 mounts question, i spoke with the owner today and he said that he just used the 350 mounts that were on the crossmember to mount the 202 to, and he said it was fairly straight forward n easy. hope that helps out
