 Good photo's here of a v6 swap, but looks like a VN not eco like yours. All v6 swaps I have seen always have more out of the drivers side than the passenger, but could be wrong, does the drivers cut hit the steering collum. Sorry english is not always that good.

Good photos and very good swap.  Every time I see how someone does this swap I am amazed at the different ways that people do the same thing.  All of them seem to work too...I will post some more photos of mine soon.
