well I am the lucky new custodian of Bernard's old van, Bernard was very sad to see it go but I have asured him it will be looked after and he will be able to follow its next transition into a practical custom van, it has been 26 years since I have had a van parked in my garage and yesterday was like xmas when I pushed up the roller door to see it sitting there, Bernard, has done a fantastic job of looking after this van, and I take my hat of to him. I am not sure where to start yet, I have allways wanted to customise a bedford, but this time it will be driveable and not just sit in the garage for shows only like the old moonlight dreamer did. you will all be able to follow its progress on the site and yes there will plenty of pics, especialy when I start doing the murals. Thanks Bernard, you are allways welcome to come and see it

Well I'm glad to see she is in good hands--- I'm sure you will be very happy with the old girl.
Did she behave on the way home?
P.S. Nice shed man!!!

No problems getting her home, lots of people looking when I hit the freeway, not sure if it was the van or the big smile on my face  ;D  The three danes have given it the big paws up and instantly commondeared the bed once the door was opened and refused to come out, so we went for a short trip with them to a local coffee shop and had to laugh at peoples reactions.

Yes this is a great mans shed, one third for living and the rest for cars, bikes and horse floats ect, ect  ::) (we used to live in it for 4 years while I was building the house) good place for doing a rebuild.
