Ok Copywrite, it goes back to the 80s, a multimillionair bought the rights to the name and image, and to this day he has the power to yeah or neah anyone using the image and name to reproduce for profit. Coke has nothing to do with it, just one man or woman. My mate seems to think that he or she probably has forgotton they have it, lol how nice to be that rich.

Because the body is modified and doesn't look like a standard Beddie they might be able to get away with it

BRING BACK THE BEDFORD
There are so many people out there who will tell you that you can't. What you've got to do is turn around and say "watch me"

Just reading this post guys. Biante should have no problems at all in doing a die cast of the Easy Roller/Freedom machine. All they need to do is a copy without the stripes, and not call it either of the names. Who ever the millionaire is, he did not build it or design the van so it could be done without any problems and as far as i know (i may be wrong) copy right needs to be redone every 10 years.

They could do it, but if you look at the mad max car, the model that had permission was so much better then the unorthorised model. I have both and prefer the authorised one, but the same thing is happening in TV as we speak. Years ago different people that could afford it bought the rights and copywrite to a lot of our greatest tv shows, homicide, division 4 and so on, which is why we will probably NEVER see them on tv again, or dvd. And because of this crap we have to put up with all the american garbage. We have so much awesome content, and some not so, that if the networks screened them all, we would never see a repeat of a show for the next 5yrs. But like those that are holding the rights to the beddy image and name, well they know they are holding onto a goldmine if they ever do decide to do diecast or dvds, they will make a mint.

With out a partial release to keep interest up, less people will be interested. Half the young people don't even know that there is a Bedford
make it reliable, or smash it with a big hammer
