TIPPER FOR SALE
« on: July 17, 2011, 08:41:38 PM »
A note from RUBMAN to RUBMAN.

I noticed your selling the old tipper, man i,ll love to buy it back, that was a bloody good workhorse.

Hi rubman, I tried to send you a pm but it refused  to send and wiped it so I'll try here.
I remember seeing a note say that it used to be yours but due to green cans or green something
I couldn't remember where I saw it. (der,,, gallery of cause). It still is a top (tip) truck and I meant to mention
in the add that it is a credit to its makers and previous owners. When did you own it ? I bought it from
a guy near Drouin a couple of years ago, and intended to rebuild and  put to work, BUT my 11 ton
International and TTT Transit van got jealous and poo'd them selves, so it's still waiting.
I've put it on ebay to sus out interest. Getting some stupid comments and some genuine interest.
Thanks for the howdy.
Cheers Mark.

Not the end of Bedfords for me, Just a change, as I mention in the  Q & A, s  in the add.

Hi mark,i got the and truck way back in 2002 from a farmer from sheppaton who moved down to dromana to retire.
He bought it brand new and when i got it NO RUST and straight as and the best bit $1200 bucks.
So i used it for rubbish removal for the next 3 years and i worked that little truck hard until i upgaded to a newer truck and it was sold to a garden supply business a little worse for ware. But it,s a bedford still going strong, ;)
regards stuart

Thanks so much for that Stuart, I didn't know the history but I new it had to be good.
It is still as solid as, just minor rust spots here and there and pulls like a train. I bought it off
a bloke that was involved with the garden supply place. same thing, they updated. Says
he used to cart a bobcat around on it. Hope it doesn't sell. Mate, you'll hear a growed up
man bawl then. Local yocals are telling me I'm mad, which "helps".
Thanks again and cheers, I'll keep you posted.
Your van is cool as by the way.

surprised that other little trucker Johno hasn't pricked his ears up.
I said his tuck had  a little diff, sometime back. think he just ignores me now. ;D

Mark.

Anyone got an extended chassis job ?

Gunna knock this one off when Clance isn't looking.  8)
