Happy to be living past my "use by date" I was given 6-12 months to live in August 2007

Mate go down to the warehouse and grab a frame for $2 to $5, i have done it a few times, have got some nice engraved frames that would of cost a fortune from a framer.

Nice thought but when you'r paralized down the left side and in a wheel chair you are limited on what you can do your self

I do framing but thats no use to you.

Check out the phone book for a picture framing supply place, you might be able to send it in to them and they will do it a lot cheaper than a framer would
