I think this is a matter that should be resolved privately as we as a forum do not need to hear both sides then pass judgement
any issue should be resolved first, then if anyone wishes to put forward their side of the story to decrease the possibility of any injustices (from either side, perceived or valid) they can. Then that should be it, we don't need people taking sides etc as it is bound to cause ill feelings

Let me say this.........

Merlin / Neil has been friends - collegues - business aqatences... As soon as the monies returned I'll remove all comments (of course he's going to come back, you cant change the spots from a leppard) and be gone from all your hair and this conversation never happened.

Yes H.R. its only my side of the story but its my dealing with Neil. Neil has a mouth and can tell his story also to state our dealings.
